Ranjay Radhakrishnan

Ranjay joined Reckitt in March 2020 as CHRO. He is responsible for all aspects of the people and organisation strategy; This includes global talent management, learning and capability building, diversity, equity and inclusion, organisation development, reward and benefit programmes andemployee relations

Ranjay joined from hotel group InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG plc) where he was the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to IHG, Ranjay spent more than two decades at Unilever, in a range of senior leadership roles at global, regional and country levels. His last role at Unilever, was Executive Vice President Global HR, where he led HR for Unilever’s eight regions and four global Product Categories under a unified global HR leadership role.
