How is cow’s milk allergy diagnosed?
Cow’s milk allergy, or CMA, is an allergic reaction to one or more of the proteins in cow’s milk. There are several tests that your doctor may have carried out to help diagnose cow’s milk allergy in your baby.
Returning to a normal diet
Although cow’s milk allergy is the most common food allergy in children under three years of age, the good news is that more than three-quarters of babies with cow’s milk allergy grow out of it later on in early childhood.
