Reckitt announces the results of its Gender Pay Report 2020

For the first time, Reckitt has reported on 10 countries’ gender pay figures in its annual Gender Pay Report, going beyond the standard reporting requirements to provide transparency of information across almost 70% of its global workforce.

The business has used the report to reiterate its commitment to doing the right thing and its belief that gender pay transparency is key for not only the company but also for society.

"Putting together a Gender Pay Report for 10 countries was very involved when you consider we’re talking about the top 10 Reckitt countries by workforce size. That’s a huge amount of data to collate and analyse. But we knew that it was the right thing to do and we’re pleased to be announcing the results today."

Salma Alloub

Total Reward Manager

“I think it’s a really great initiative and I think all colleagues at Reckitt, no matter what their background, should be really proud that the company is pursuing this. When we talk about Diversity & Inclusion, it really is true to the meaning.”

"Shining a light is instrumental in driving change, and gender pay reporting is a tangible example of our commitment to always do the right thing."

Ranjay Radhakrishnan

Chief Human Resources Officer

“We aspire to a society where everyone has room to be themselves. A society where Reckitt teams represent the diverse places where we work and the people we serve. And a society in which our business hopes to achieve gender balance at all management levels by 2030.

“Progress in Diversity & Inclusion can never be static. It sits at the heart of our purpose, our compass and the leadership behaviours we want to instil.”
