Speaker Biography

Nitish joined the company in 1993 as a Management Trainee in India. Over three decades he has worked across the business in India, USA, UK, Europe and Africa in Sales, Marketing, Global Category and General Management roles. He has led some of our largest businesses in India and USA as SVP South Asia and EVP North America Health & Nutrition respectively; creating opportunities for faster, sustainable growth. Nitish was appointed EVP Global Health categories in 2020, and EVP of the Fuel for Growth transformation program in 2023. As President Emerging Markets, Nitish is responsible for our Greater China, ASEAN, South Asia, Russia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America businesses.
