Leading change and increasing transparency in ethical recruitment

Protecting the rights of people in our global value chain is a fundamental part of who we are. It goes to the heart of our purpose to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. Sadly, forced labour is not a thing of the past and can take many forms making it challenging to identify and address in complex global supply chains.

At Reckitt, we put people’s lives and needs at the heart of our business. That’s why, together with The Coca Cola Company, we’ve provided financial and technical support to Diginex, to help them develop a new tool to monitor working conditions.  diginexLUMEN is a cloud-based application that provides businesses with unprecedented insight into their suppliers’ risks around exploitation and forced labour. The tool offers a governance and screening procedure, multilingual worker voice surveys, algorithm-based risk scoring and reports that enable us to act.
