Jérôme Lemaire

Jérôme joined Reckitt in 1998 and has more than 25 years’ international experience in senior leadership roles in general management and marketing. He has lived and worked in France, North America, the United Kingdom, Australia and the Netherlands.

Jérôme has been instrumental in promoting prominent hygiene and health brands in various Reckitt markets, aiming to continuously infuse innovation, creativity, and significant societal impact with the goal of creating a cleaner world. In addition to his professional achievements, Jérôme is an executive sponsor of the Global Inclusion Board, demonstrating his commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Jerome holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from ESCP Business School.
