Pat joined Reckitt as part of the Mead Johnson Nutrition (MJN) acquisition in 2017. He was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Nutrition in July 2021 and President Nutrition in February 2022. Prior to leading Reckitt’s Nutrition business globally, Pat led the highly successful transformation of the North America Nutrition business which has been the fastest growing region for Reckitt in Nutrition since the acquisition of MJN.
Pat has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles in general management, marketing, and sales across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America in nutrition and has lived in five different countries. Key brands within the Nutrition business include the Enfa brand portfolio of infant formulas and children’s nutrition (Enfamil, Enfagrow), speciality nutrition (Nutramigen, Puramino) and our recently launched ProVital brand (adult nutrition).
Pat holds a degree in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
