We’re scaling our commitment to social entrepreneurship by launching Reckitt Catalyst—a new five-year commitment to provide funding, mentorship, and expertise to support 200 social innovators by 2030 to scale access to health and hygiene impacting 5 million people across the world.

As part of our commitment to improving health and hygiene in communities, Reckitt Catalyst will empower female and under-represented founders with world-changing ideas don’t just emerge, they thrive.

In the past five years, we’ve has partnered with experts to catalyze more than 60 social entrepreneurs across 13 countries, fueling breakthrough solutions that improve access and drive inclusive growth for nearly a million people.

Celebrating social entrepreneurship across the world

We believe access to health and hygiene is a universal human right, not a privilege.

Local communities understand their challenges best and have the agency to solve their own problems. These solutions need a hand up, not a handout to scale.

Innovation and entrepreneurship are critical to fast-track business progress and systemic change.

Businesses, investors, and changemakers can lead the way through fresh ideas, diverse voices, and reimagined systems—when we invest in impact innovators, we build a healthier world for everyone.

Serena Williams joins Reckitt

Entrepreneur and global sporting icon, Serena Williams has become Reckitt’s first ever Entrepreneur in Residence—the first time a multinational company has named a well-known cultural figure in this role.

Serena is a relentless advocate for equity and opportunity. Her partnership with Reckitt isn’t just about visibility–it’s about action.

As a successful businesswoman and venture capitalist, with valuable experience launching her own businesses and a strong point of view on healthcare, Serena is championing women entrepreneurs to get the backing, they deserve.

Supporting women and underrepresented entrepreneurs

Supporting women in health innovation represents a huge economic opportunity.

When given the right resources, women entrepreneurs drive economic growth, job creation and greater social impact, particularly in health and wellness industries.

Reckitt Catalyst provides the backing to change the narrative and allow women and underrepresented entrepreneurs to be the positive change in their communities.
