Recruitment Fraud Notice

We have been informed of several incidences of recruitment fraud misusing our company name and entities. Any such campaign is without authorization from Reckitt and is illegal.

A recruitment scam is a sophisticated fraud offering fictitious job opportunities. This type of scam is normally done through online recruitment services such as LinkedIn, counterfeit websites, or through text messages and unsolicited emails claiming to be from Reckitt. These emails request recipients to provide personal information and ultimately payments to progress false applications.

Warning signs:

There are a number of things you need to watch out for. We will never adopt any of the following practices:

• Request money (e.g., for “visa fees,” taxes, a percentage of travel expense)
• Request personal information such as passport and bank account details, often at an early stage
• Send emails from free web-based email accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail or Live.com
• Use mobile (cell) phone numbers, rather than office numbers
• Make substantial spelling and grammatical errors
• Insist on urgency from the onset
• Use poorly formatted documentation

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited offers of employment from people claiming to work for or be affiliated with Reckitt. If you believe you have received a fraudulent communication, we advise that you contact your local law enforcement agency.

We are in the process of taking appropriate action against such unknown fraudsters.
