01Brand protection
Based in Slough, Amsterdam and Hull, the Global Brand Protection Team guards Reckitt’s biggest assets: its brands. We clear, file, register, maintain and enforce our trademarks and related IP rights, providing advice to teams around the world.
02Company Secretariat
The Secretariat team ensures listed company compliance across our group and subsidiaries. We maintain the highest levels of governance, protect our stakeholders, and keep our values at the heart of everything we do, so we can fulfil Reckitt’s Purpose and Fight.
03Security
Our mission is to protect Reckitt’s people, products, assets, operations and reputation. We manage and mitigate security risks through activities ranging from audits and investigations to best practice programmes, so our business can operate safely and with confidence.
04Corporate
Based in Slough, the Corporate team has three groups: CHQ Functions, Procurement, and Special Projects. We support the activities of all our functions – especially our Tax, Finance, Treasury, Procurement and Corporate Development teams.
05Patents
Critical to fostering innovation and protecting our technologies, the Patents team develops targeted Intellectual Property (IP) strategies – obtaining and protecting IP rights, and ensuring that our portfolio of patents and 3D designs provide us with a competitive advantage.
06Ethics & Compliance
Our role is to secure Reckitt’s business integrity, and ensure that outstanding performance goes hand in hand with legal compliance. Working across our functions, we focus on such areas as anti-bribery, data privacy, competition law, economic crimes and HCP interactions.
07Crisis Management & Business Continuity
Working closely with our Corporate Communications team, we develop and implement plans and strategies to ensure Reckitt’s continued success, through risk assessments and horizon scanning.
