Reporting @ Reckitt: launching our Annual Report, Sustainability Insights, Gender Report and Social Impact Report
We’re committed to doing the right thing. Always. That’s why we’re keen to present true transparency across Reckitt – from our sustainability insights to our business and financial performance. We’ve released four reports that outline all of this and more.
Our Annual Report, Sustainability Reporting and Gender Pay Report present data that we are using to chart our course for the future, ensuring that we’re remaining compliant at every step along the way.
This report outlines our activities for 2020, as we embarked on a journey of transformation.
From Dettol and Lysol’s significant growth to achieving a stronger than expected revenue growth, this year’s Annual Report gives an overview of our business and financial performance.
Our insights summarise our values, governance model and progress against our global sustainability targets. It’s the link between our business strategy and our commitment to sustainability – all in service to a cleaner, healthier world.
Gender Pay Report
On 31 March, we released our 2020 Gender Pay Report. For the first time, we’re reporting on 10 countries’ gender pay figures, representing almost 70% of colleagues. That’s double last year’s total. We’re going beyond the standard reporting requirements because we believe that gender pay transparency is key for us and for society.
