Reckitt has given Anna Raubo the opportunity to experience career-defining moments, not just in terms of tech and digital, but in business too. “Reckitt’s always evolving. Thanks to that I’ve been able to switch roles, broaden my horizons and develop professionally. I’m more agile and resilient as a result.”
Heading up teams in both Warsaw and Hyderabad, Anna has deep influence on our tech, the solutions we deliver, and the value IT&D brings. “In the simplest terms, I keep our platforms stable and secure, and define our strategy, vision and roadmap. It’s fast-paced, challenging work.”
For example, during the 2020 pandemic, Anna lead the way in making us work more efficiently in a hybrid world. “I was developing, rolling out and adopting all kinds of digital solutions. It was a big change, for me and for our whole organisation.”
One of her favourite projects was introducing Citizen Development on Microsoft’s Power Platform, enabling non-experts to create customized software solutions quickly. “That entailed a lot of upskilling and adoption activities across the business, including in our factories.”
After this project, Anna stepped into her current role. “My main challenge here has been to build my own team in Hyderabad. It was a pivotal step in my career, Hyderabad is a global technology hub for Reckitt, and establishing a high-performing team there meant attracting top talent in a highly competitive market. I’m proud to say we now have a team that’s delivering real impact in this space.”
Anna cares deeply about supporting women in technology.
Female representation at a director level was super scarce when I joined. We’re way better now, but there’s always more to do. I’m proud to have led female-focused initiatives and helped Reckitt take part in major events like the Women in Tech Summit.
