Disha Kashyap is literally an innovator. Her role has seen her lead the digital transformation of our innovation and pipeline management systems through a technology seamless, AI-driven platform. “I love solving problems and strategising. But everything ties back to the bottom line. It’s important to understand the bigger purpose and you’ve got to know where you’re heading.”
After joining us as Solution Architect, Disha quickly progressed to Senior Product Line Manager. “My journey has been accelerated. That’s because we’re an agile, passionate business. People are approachable, it feels like a family and you can make real progress. We do a great job of connecting everyone to our mission and vision.”
Disha hasn’t only transformed our systems, she’s transformed herself. “I’ve gone from an individual contributor to a people manager and believe in continuously learning. And thanks to courses like Powerfluent - Women Leadership, and Leadership in AI I’ve become more inclusive in my outlook.”

Outside work, Disha is deeply engaged in a variety of causes and issues. “I’m active in environmental efforts, like our lake cleanups in Hyderabad. I’m a strong LGBTQ+ ally. And I take part in book club and writers’ groups. Reckitt supports these passions. They’ve supported me through personal challenges too. That’s important to me.”
Resilience has been key to Disha’s success. “IT&D has evolved rapidly, especially with AI – but this pushed me to upskill through a sponsored leadership course. The structure of our business has changed too. But throughout we’ve has transparent and supportive leadership to see us through.”
Disha believes in empowering others and showing up as a kinder, more empathetic leader.
It’s not just about getting the job done. It’s about how you do it and how you support your team along the way. I believe in backing my team and creating a safe space where fear of failure doesn’t hold anyone back.
