Charlotte joined Reckitt in 2007 and over the past 18 years has held various marketing leadership roles across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2023, Charlotte joined the Global Category team, where she successfully revitalized the Powerbrand Dettol. Charlotte became SVP Intimate Wellness in January 2025, leading iconic brands such as Durex and Veet, leveraging her strong strategic skills and passion for impactful brand building to accelerate this portfolio’s growth trajectory. Recognised by Marketing Week as one of the top 100 most effective marketers in the UK in 2021, Charlotte has a strong track record of nurturing iconic brands, leading successful campaigns and brand reinventions, as well as launching game-changing innovations.

Pankaj joined Reckitt in 2018 and held various operational & HQ roles leading complex businesses to strong growth including making Dettol #1 Penetration growth brand in World. He became SVP – Dettol, Intimate Wellness & Veet in 2023 and put in place the model for transformative growth on the portfolio. Pankaj is currently SVP Germ Protection. He is passionate about Brand Building and creating categories to unlock accelerated growth and has received multiple industry recognitions including Effies & Cannes. Prior to Reckitt, Pankaj spent nearly 15 years with P&G across assignments in Singapore, Thailand, China, North America & Latam.

Serra joined Reckitt in 2020 and held various General Management roles in Europe. She was previously SVP for the Africa & Middle East Region and in January 2025 became SVP Self Care. Prior to Reckitt, Serra spent 16 years at Colgate Palmolive. During her 25+ year career, she has lived and worked in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, bringing diverse global experience in business building, P&L management, innovation, digitalization, and commercial strategies. She has a strong track record of driving growth across various markets and building high-performing teams.

Gonzalo joined Reckitt in Brazil in 2017, following a 17-year career at P&G. Gonzalo has lived and worked in Europe, Latam and ASEAN, holding different commercial leading roles with a vast sales and in-market execution experience. Gonzalo is currently SVP Household Care and was previously General Manager for the Hygiene business in ASEAN and later the Malaysia-Singapore and Vietnam markets for the combined business.
