Rosalba Guitierrez’s first few years with Reckitt have been an incredible time of learning, growth and impact. “I started as a junior manager with one person in my team. Now I’m overseeing recruitment across 11 Latin American countries, from Mexico to Brazil. This is a place that challenges you to achieve more, for yourself and others.”
Rosalba also leads Reckitt’s first global Talent Attraction hub, based in Mexico. “This supports Canada, US, and Latin America. We’re partnering with local HR teams, regional leaders, and global centres of excellence to elevate the impact of Talent Attraction across markets.”
Creating inclusive spaces everywhere is vitally important to Rosalba. “I want to empower all of our people to bring their best in a role that’s right for them. I love it when I can offer people a role here.”
Reckitt has pushed her to grow in powerful ways. “I’m thinking more strategically and working with more agility. And I’ve moved from execution to influence, not only delivering results, but shaping our long-term vision.”
Whether it’s running or learning Portuguese, Rosalba is passionate about growth in all its forms. “Right now, I’m also in one of the most exciting seasons of my life: planning my wedding with the love of my life.”
Rosalba sees opportunities for growth in Reckitt’s social initiatives too.
We’re supporting local communities by providing essentials like water and education. I’m also focused on women’s issues and LGBTQ+ causes. When I’m giving something back, it really fills my heart.
