These leaders drive economic growth, job creation and social impact – and we back those who are creating bold, practical solutions to improve health and wellbeing where it matters most.

Reckitt Catalyst
We expand access to health and hygiene by supporting bold local entrepreneurs through Reckitt Catalyst. This five-year initiative aims to provide £10 million in funding, mentorship and expertise to support up to 200 women and underrepresented social innovators by 2030. It spans more than 15 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the United States.
We drive this agenda by accelerating social entrepreneurs and integrating them into our value chain. This enables systematic collaboration and creates brand partnerships that fuel solutions designed to improve health and hygiene for five million people across the world.
Since 2020, we have supported more than 80 social entrepreneurs across 15 countries, helping deliver improved health, hygiene and wellbeing for one million people. Our collaboration with entrepreneurs, partners and investors is helping unearth game-changing innovations that build healthier communities today and create real, lasting impact for the future.

Empowering Reckitt employees to drive social innovation
The Catalyst Academy transforms purpose into performance, developing Reckitt’s next generation of leaders while powering social enterprises to deliver impact at scale. The Catalyst Academy helps Reckitt employees expand their knowledge about social impact and learn critical business skills. Supported by videos and reading materials embedded on digital platform, employees learn from social entrepreneurs, industry experts, and Reckitt leadership about building the business case for impact.

Attane Health is a digital health company that combines healthy food delivery, nutrition coaching, and data tracking to improve outcomes for people with chronic conditions like diabetes.

Aqua Clara Solutions
Aqua Clara Solutions is a social enterprise that designs and sells Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) solutions across East Africa primarily targeting rural communities.

Asani.io
Asani.io is a climate-tech venture that develops modular hardware and software (Asani Super App + BMS) to optimize water and energy usage for residential, commercial, and industrial users. Our IoT-powered solutions detect leaks, automate pumps, and monitor utilities in real time — enabling equitable distribution, cost savings, and climate resilience. To date, we’ve saved over 300 million gallons of water and reduced reliance on water tankers, proving measurable impact at scale.

Banka BioLoo Limited
Banka Bio is on a mission to close India’s Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WaSH) gap, bringing dignity, health, and clean water to communities that need it most. From rural schools to bustling cities, our sustainable sanitation and wastewater treatment solutions keep over 5 million litres of water safe every single day. We do this because we believe water should never be a luxury; it’s a right.

With patented membrane technology, proven deployments across Asia and Africa, and over one million users impacted, we provide affordable, robust, and scalable solutions to address the global water crisis.

Iriba Water Group
IRIBA Water Group addresses the critical lack of access to safe drinking water in schools and underserved communities across Sub-Saharan Africa. Our model not only solves the access problem by installing smart, solar-powered water ATMs, but also addresses sustainability through a climate finance approach; leveraging carbon credits to fund long-term maintenance and operations.

Isla Urbana
Isla Urbana designs and installs rainwater catchment and filtration systems for use in households, schools, industries, and other commercial buildings. Malama Health
Malama is a doula-led maternal health company transforming pregnancy and postpartum care for families covered by Medicaid. Malama combines trusted doula navigators with clinicians, nutrition and behavioral health specialists, powered by an AI-enabled platform that integrates biometric monitoring and personalized digital support. To date, nearly 50,000 moms have used the Malama app, helping create one of the largest real-world datasets focused on pregnancy and postpartum risk and outcomes.
Malama is the first company to launch a CDC-approved postpartum wellness and diabetes prevention program, addressing a critical gap between pregnancy complications and long-term chronic disease. Through partnerships with Medicaid plans, health systems, and public health agencies, Malama has demonstrated significant outcomes improvement including reductions in preterm birth, NICU admissions, and progression to type 2 diabetes, proving that equitable, preventative care can also be scalable and sustainable.

We are scaling globally to make water management more efficient, circular, and sustainable.

OneHealth
OneHealth is an online pharmacy and healthcare platform providing access to affordable, quality medicines and health solutions for patients, payers, and providers across Nigeria with seamless digital experiences, data-driven insights, and end-to-end medication fulfillment. We combine an online pharmacy and retail model with a growing network of state-based dispensing hubs, ensuring patients receive quality medicines directly, reliably, and quickly. By partnering with community pharmacies, we extend last-mile delivery to urban, peri-urban, and rural households.

PW Tech
PWTech produces portable water treatment stations, with a robust and efficient treatment system that processes up to 10,000 liters of water per day with a 100% guarantee against viruses and bacteria.

Sehat Kahani
Sehat Kahani is the leading female-led health tech platform in Pakistan that bridges critical healthcare gaps by connecting underserved communities to over 7,500 licensed doctors through a hybrid model of e-clinics, mobile applications, and digital health services. By reactivating thousands of qualified but homebound female doctors and embedding locally trained nurse intermediaries, we deliver affordable, culturally acceptable, and high-quality care to millions who previously lacked acces, with over 4.6 million consultations delivered and impacting more than 20 million people via health education, promotion and counselling. Sehat Kahani is transforming healthcare access, promoting gender equity, and building resilient, sustainable health systems.

Solinas
Solinas tackles water pipeline wastage and contamination—where Indian cities face up to 70% NRW and states lose 741 MLD daily—by replacing costly, manual, and inaccurate trenching methods with advanced trenchless solutions. Their products, Endobot (a pipeline crawler that inspects and collects defect data) and Swasth (an AI-based software for defect detection and mapping), enable precise, data-driven monitoring, repair, and maintenance.

The Washing Machine Project
The Washing Machine Project is a social enterprise tackling the global burden of handwashing clothes, which affects 60% of the world’s population. Our flagship innovation, the Divya manual washing machine, is a flat-packable, off-grid solution that saves up to 75% of time and 50% of water compared to handwashing. We partner with NGOs, corporates and governments to bring dignity, health and opportunity to vulnerable communities worldwide.

ThriveLink
ThriveLink builds telephonic AI agents that function like always-available social workers, enabling families to complete applications for healthcare and supportive services—such as Medicaid, transportation, screenings, and care management—entirely over the phone. The platform works in 75 languages and requires no internet access, smartphone, or reading ability.
Since launching in 2024, ThriveLink has supported more than 14,000 people in accessing food, housing supports, and healthcare resources, generated over $1.5 million in revenue, and saved healthcare organizations more than 15,000 staff hours.
ZócaloHealth
Zócalo Health is a virtual-first, community-anchored primary care platform serving Latino communities with bilingual doctors, behavioral health providers, and trusted “promotoras de salud” (Community Health Workers). It integrates medical, social, and mental health support to deliver culturally competent care and bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and how Latino communities experience care.

Zoie Health
Zoie Health is Africa’s first digital women’s health clinic, building a comprehensive ecosystem of healthcare services and products designed for women and their families. Our platform combines telemedicine, an online pharmacy, contraceptive subscriptions, supplements, at-home STI test kits, and affordable employee health benefits. With a mission to reach 100 million people, we’re making healthcare more accessible, affordable, and empowering across Africa and beyond.

Revolutionising access to healthcare: Chil AI Lab
Following Reckitt's investment and mentorship, we supported Chil AI Lab to boost healthcare access in rural Africa – where only 1.3% of the global healthcare workforce serves a population carrying 25% of the world’s disease burden. Through an AI-powered marketplace, Chil connects patients in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Zambia with global specialists, ensuring lifesaving care is accessible without leaving local facilities.
Chil has scaled its operations, expanded into Tanzania and Ethiopia and refined its approach to impact. In 2024, the company reached a major milestone – its first $1 million in revenue – while doubling its reach to serve 200,009 patients, up from 110,002 in 2023. In 2025, Chil scaled the Dettol Hygiene Quest behaviour change programme to Uganda.
Community-focused healthcare: Zócalo Health
Zócalo Health is a tech-enabled primary care provider that is expanding access to community healthcare in the United States. Using a community-focused care model, Zócalo Health deploys community care workers to meet people where they are – helping deliver complex essential healthcare and social needs where it’s needed most. Reckitt Catalyst enables Zócalo Health to scale its model and continue providing value-based care that improve outcomes and reduces costs for more families and underserved communities.
Creating WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) solutions in Pakistan
Tayaba has delivered half a billion litres of clean water in Pakistan by deploying solar-powered water facilities, water rollers and an H2O Air machine, which converts humidity into 25 litres of clean drinking water a day.
