There is opportunity for everyone, regardless of their gender, to get involved. Within Reckitt we’ll be using the day to drive greater awareness of our commitment to gender balance; 50% of management positions being held by women by 2030.
We recognise that not only is gender balance the right thing to do, but companies with better gender balance also demonstrate higher growth and profitability. We are continuing to build an inclusive workplace where everyone can fulfil their potential every day. As well as our global activities, through the work of our fantastic Women@Reckitt ERGs we’ve been able to impact policy and create and deliver local action plans.
We’ll be sharing more about our work to date and plans for 2023 within our Gender Pay and Inclusion Report, due for publication later in March.
