Eric Gilliot

Eric Gilliot joined the Executive in January 2025. He has been at Reckitt for 26 years. Since joining Reckitt in 1998, Eric has held various leadership positions across several global markets and lately was EVP North America & EVP Hygiene NA. Prior to this Eric has been General Manager of the Balkans where he created a successful cluster of countries ; he became Senior Vice President for Southern Europe where leading the business across the Health and Hygiene portfolio, he was later appointed SVP, Regional Director UK & Ireland, Hygiene. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Customer Officer International and SVP Global Sales and in October 2022, he was appointed EVP North America, Hygiene.

Eric has a strong track record of leading successful turnarounds, creating winning culture, growth initiatives and transformations. He brings his experience of Strategy and Operations while having led directly and indirectly over 20 different countries in his career.

Prior to joining Reckitt, Eric worked for JDE Coffee in various roles. Eric holds a Diploma in Finance from the ISC in Paris.
