Career

Pat is the former Chief Technology Officer at Colgate Palmolive. She joined the company in 2007 as VP R&D and held several senior roles across R&D and technology until 2022. She also held leadership roles at Conagra Brands, Inc., Nabisco, the Grocery Manufacturers Association, and Consumer Brands Association.

Skills and experience

Pat holds a PhD in food science from Rutgers University, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor of science degree in food science from the University of Delaware. She has extensive experience in global R&D, product safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. She has led large teams and navigated complex global regulatory environments. Her expertise includes driving innovation, managing the social and environmental impact of products, and improving sustainability.
