Appointed as Non-Executive Director in June 2024 and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Career

Fiona is an experienced non-executive director and currently sits on the Boards of LEGO A/S, Marks and Spencer PLC and Kerry Group PLC. She is Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Marks and Spencer PLC, and is a member of Audit, Remuneration, Nomination Committees and Chair of the Kerry Group Sustainability Committee. She was previously Global President Food, Drinks and Multisales at Mars, Inc. sitting on the Global Leadership Team. Fiona worked at Mars for over 30 years, rising from the Graduate Trainee scheme on to roles including President of Global Retail and Mars Chocolate UK and European Marketing Vice President.

Skills and experience

Fiona holds a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College, Dublin. In May 2021, Fiona was awarded a CBE for services to women and the economy. She is President of the Chartered Management Institute and a Trustee with the Social Mobility Foundation.
