Career
Fiona is an experienced non-executive director, Chair of Kerry Group PLC and Senior Independent Director at Marks & Spencer PLC. She is also Chair of the Governance and Nomination Committee, Sustainability Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee at Kerry Group PLC and Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee at Marks & Spencer PLC. She was previously Global President Food, Drinks and Multisales at Mars, Inc. sitting on the Global Leadership Team. Fiona worked at Mars for over 30 years, rising from the Graduate Trainee scheme on to roles including President of Global Retail and Mars Chocolate UK and European Marketing Vice President.
Skills and experience
Fiona holds a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College, Dublin. In May 2021, Fiona was awarded a CBE for services to women and the economy. She is President of the Chartered Management Institute and a Trustee with the Social Mobility Foundation.
