Keyla leads Reckitt's global R&D organisation, overseeing product innovation, scientific and clinical research, future technologies and product stewardship. Working at the intersection of science and consumer insight, she plays a pivotal role in bringing superior products to market, strengthening Reckitt's competitive advantage and ensuring the company continues to meet evolving consumer needs.
With more than 25 years of experience across consumer health, beauty and consumer goods, Keyla combines deep scientific expertise with global business leadership and a proven track record of translating innovation into growth. Prior to joining Reckitt, she served as Chief Scientific Officer at Revlon, leading global innovation and strategy across a diverse portfolio of brands. Earlier in her career, she held senior R&D leadership roles at e.l.f. Cosmetics, Schiff Nutrition, Reckitt and Procter & Gamble, working across multiple categories and geographies, including North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Keyla holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Científicas and a Master's degree in Biology from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. She is passionate about combining rigorous science, consumer understanding and diverse thinking to unlock the next generation of innovations that improve lives and create lasting value.
